i've had dreads for about four years now, i'm all happy with them and all that jazz, but recently i've wanted to start growing an afro. this of course would envolve shaving off my dreads. something that i don't want to do, haha. but i must. anyways, my question relates to afros. does anyone know how to start them? i'm just a big ol' white boy with straight/partially curly hair near the bottom. anyhelp would be appreciated. of course i assume there are natural ways of growing them opposed to perms or what not. i hope i can get some help, and thanks in advance.
