I think I'm gonna lose a dread. It's sad.
It's kinda hanging on for dear life.
How do you deal with the loss of a dread?
I think I'm gonna keep it in a book next to some pressed flowers.
RIP little one...
I'll miss you.
maybe we should make a FAQ page for the community, instead of asking the same questions over and over again ;)?
anyway, I need your help here. My dreads are dyed black. Now, I want to dye some of them pink\red. I know I must bleach them, but when I do, they only become sort of yellowish instead of white, and when I last tried to dye my dreads, the dye didn't even "stick" to my dreads! :(
what to do, and how to do it :\?
any comments or ideas will be appreciated.

There's been something gnawing at my heart that I feel I want addressed.
I'm feminist, queer, vegan, anti-racist, anti-capitalist, labels labels liberal liberal. Totally respectful of the earth and living beings who inhabit it.
I'd like dreadlocks, but I feel I would be insulting east Indian and African cultures. I'm mixed racial, but typically pass for "an ugly white chick".
Everyone tell me what you think?
