I had a dream last night that I was at this highschool reunion thing and evrybody was "dressed to impress" and what not. I was also dressed up but I had a perm....a perm? I haven't had a perm since *thinks back* well I can't remember, oh 9th grade. So anyway I was in the bathroom "combing" my hair (lol) and for some reason it just didn't look right on me, but everyone kept complimenting my hair. -_-
I have no intentions of giving up my dreadies :)They'll be a year next month.
hey so i'm wondering what do you guys think is the best way to get roots to start to dread up? i've been doing the clockwise rubbing but i see no improvement, should i just do it longer or is there more to it?
I know i don't post here much. The near trueth of the matter is, there has been more time for me without a pc than with. I took my dreads out for many different reasons. Some day, I may let them return upon their own accord. When I get a chance, if I am allowed, I will load some pics up for you all to see. I had them for four months and it was truelly hard to let them go, but alas, time to change again....
Not dreaded...yet...but still convincing parents for after the holidays hair change.
One big question (sorry if its been done...really really...)
I have dandruff aka really dry scalp. But with dreads I don't want to have a mess of gross-ness in the dreads. I use T-Gel coal tar stuff (gross, yucky smelling) now, and it works fine, but after a couple days it comes back. And if washing hair makes dreads loose...what can I do?
I read on knottyboy.com about this rosemary (I think) remedy that gets rid of it, does it work? Any other tips?
Thanks. Millions and ones.
