People, if you have new dreads and they keep falling out, put elastics in. It's nothing to get worked up over and it will solve your problem with little work from you.

hiiii yaaaaall.

i was just chillin here....and i wanted to post.

i really...really miss my dreads.
and i thought id tell you that for some reason.

sometimes i REALLY want them again...
and sometimes im just really happy with what i have.

if i were to do them again it would be in april or later in life so...there is no discussion about that.

so i guess i will just have to sit around and see where life will throw me...

what else CAN i do.

i wanted to post 2 little pictures "in memory of" but photobucket just SHAT on my face.

also: how many people actually tired that vitamin/herb "horsetail"? and is it working?

Question for all

I'm going on week three with my dreads and I keep getting this waves of uncertainty. Did or does anyone else go through bouts of 'dreadlock depression'? I mean...I know it's normal and dreadlocks are a process, but I just wanted to see if I was the only one. Thanks ;)

Sectioning confusion

I've been in this community for a long time, looking at all the pictures you guys post, and whenever I see dreads that look like the thickness I want mine, I usually ask the person what size their sections were. Most of the time they say 1 inch, or sometimes even less. So I figured I should make mine once inch. But then I sectioned my hair off into 1 inch squares, and I realized just how damn small an inch is.

I submit this against my will, and only for the wishes of alcohol which compel me onward...

I didn't think of anything else for the print to say. If anyone has any suggestions...

Now excuse me while I go barf.
