how happy is the blameless vestal's lot

eep

Hey, I have a problem...When I palmroll the dread unravels. I don't want to use wax(it seems nasty to me)...Is this my only option now? What do you think? I'm only 1/3rd done(my hair is really thick and we started at 12 am).

i've decided...

i like the loose hairs near the nape of my neck that refuse to dread. they used to frustrate me, but then i thought.. perhaps they're happier loose.

and then i smiled.

I'm feeling HAPPY today. (that means I'm sharing pics of my dreads ;))

They're feeling nicer every time I wash them, I just hope they'll grow like mad, so I'll have looooooong hair again!! :D

I'm new here..

I've been interested in getting dreadlocks for a while now, though.

I have some questions, though.

I have really thin hair from where I've dyed it a lot..but, I'm letting it grow out..and you can tell in the pictures I'm about to post that its growing it out, but, I was wondering if dread locks would even look OK on thin hair?

My hair isn't too long or thick..so, I was going to post a few pictures to see what you people thought. It's not that I care what people would think if I got them..it's that I don't want to get them and damage my hair more..for it to not look right on thin hair. If that makes any sense..

My dreads are so long in the back that I can use a few to tie them all up in pigtails. I don't think I'll ever outgrow pigtails or the novelty of not needing hair accessories anymore. It makes me smile, so I thought I'd share. :)
