hi im new.

i haven't dreaded my hair yet because i have no idea where to start. i have oily, super thin (damaged from so much dying), short hair (down to my neck). i want to dread my hair to get it thicker and healthier. people have told me "oh, just don't wash or comb it" but if someone experienced could tell me what to do to start, it would be appreciated.

also - is there a way to keep my bangs or is that unlikely?

This is my biggest lock. Notice it's size compared to my wrist, and it's tight as hell. Before it tightened up, it was HUGE. Like, mid-arm size or giant dog tail.

AIM ME! I'm gaykiosk and I want to video chat!

Well, I just put in a ton of aloe in my dreadies, and they're turning out sooo nicely now that it's drying up. And it smells so wonderful. Yum!
