i need recipies too.

i've read about using lemon juice, apple cider vinegar,
white vinegar, sea salt, rosemary extract, peppermint extract
etc.

which kind of shampoo bars do yo use?
which cleansing shampoo so you prefer?

how exactly do i use such things...
and what do i mix with what?

what does each do?

i couldnt find a good answer to my questions in the memories.
maybe if enough people respong to this...it can go in?
i think it would be helpful...
