Almost 4 Weeks

I know a lot of you guys hate posts about baby dreads, but I could use some advice. I am a noob, so if this question is totally stupid I apologize in advance.

My baby dreadies are just shy of 4 weeks old (Monday, officially) and they seem to be doing pretty well to me. The only annoyance I have right now are the ends! They are still really straight and loose. No matter how much I rub them (I've read the memories, by the way! A few times over!) they just don't want to stay dreaded. Am I just being totally impatient, or is there something I should be doing to help them take?

I only wash my hair once a week (which is still really hard for me). They are driving me crazy!

I know I'm probably making waaaaaaaay too big a deal of this (I do that to a lot of things in my life), but I just want to make sure there's nothing I can do to help. Thanks everyone!

omg its ME!

(no subject)

So i have been rockin the neonish blue dreads for a while now, but then there is the occasional need to appear slightly more professional, so i (half-ass) attempted to go brown, and it ended up with a greenish tint.
needless to say i am now back to a darker blue beacause i did not bleach before a redye, but the pics here are old, because im not a picture taker.
