Hibiscus flowers?

It's my dreadlings' 4 month birthday today. Woo Hoo!
I was in Walmart the other day and this woman came up to me and told me about how when she was living in the Bahamas how they used to dye their hair with Hibiscus flowers. She said to rub them in your hair and sit in the sun for a while then jump into the ocean and wash it out. She said it would make your hair redish. Has anyone ever done this? I think I have a mission to go try this out.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.

As you can see, I didn't comb 'em out :)

Also, a bit OT, but I thought I'd share: I'm on day 6 of quitting smoking. I've been smoking regularly since I was 15, and I'm 21 now. I've only had 2 cigarettes in 6 days which is a major change from a pack a day, sometimes more. However, I'm not sure how much longer I can do the patch method. Everytime I change it, I get extremely dizzy, light-headed, and start to get really bad chest pains that last about an hour. I'm not sure why, but I don't like it. And I'm definitely not doing the gum thing. 1. It's disgusting, and 2. it's expensive.
Not sure what to do.

Have a lovely day, GUDU! It's another beautiful, warm, sunny day here in Grand Rapids :)

3.5 years and the Far East!

Hey all! My dreads turned 3 and a half a bit over a month ago so I thought I would post pics. I did a post maybe 6 months ago with a lot of pics from a road trip I took out west that a few people really liked so I thought I would do something similar. That being said, Lets Celebrate an Anniversary and Go To Japan- dreads, plus some bonus Japan for good measure!

And just in time for Cherry Blossom season too!
