 my dreads are almost about 4 months now. they're really frizzy, but it's not so much the frizz that concerns me as much as the dryness of my hair. i looked in the memories and it said that you should wait until they're more mature to start conditioning them so they don't unravel. 

is there anyway i can condition my hair? or should i just wait it out until they're more mature?

Trim ze bangz, dye ze hairz.

I've gone through a subtle transformation since my last post....

I trimmed my nose length bangs to just at my eyebrows and I attempted to dye all my hair a medium ashy brown. The blue and purple was wayyyy faded, and I was just getting really sick of it. Some of the blue is still there, but it looks a MILLION times better than it did.

Separation Anxiety

I know I need to separate my roots-they are matting together, but I am so nervous that I will rip a dread out. It's not possible to rip a dread clean out of your head is it? Can I rip too much? What if they really don't want to separate? Should I just combine some of them?

How to wear a dreadlock tam....

I always get e-mails off my customers who are unsure on how to wear their dreadlock tam correctly. So I've made a step by step guide, with pictures. This is the method that I use all the time, I also find that it doesn't over stretch the edge of the tam [which can sometimes occur when you use the 'stuffing' method]
