Found this picture from sometime this winter, thought I'd I share it with everyone! Spring is in the air here, I can't wait for summer. Hopefully my back will stay free of pain this summer. I am trying hard to loose the 15 lbs I gained over the winter from my back injury last year. All I can do is yoga and eat healthy. Any other exercise I have tried has flared up my injury. Any other suggestions out there? Love seeing all the posts lately, everyone is looking gorgeous as usual!
