i haven't dreaded my hair yet because i have no idea where to start. i have oily, super thin (damaged from so much dying), short hair (down to my neck). i want to dread my hair to get it thicker and healthier. people have told me "oh, just don't wash or comb it" but if someone experienced could tell me what to do to start, it would be appreciated.
also - is there a way to keep my bangs or is that unlikely?
